Our Grill Cover is thinner than others due to a careful balance of two key fabric indicators: the denier coefficient (D number) and the weaving density (T number). If the D number is too high, the T number will decrease, and vice versa. We have found the perfect balance, as a high D number (too thick) can lead to hardening and accelerated rupture after long-term use, and is less breathable.

Our fabric is tear-resistant, making it more durable than many heavy-duty fabrics on the market. Additionally, we use PU coating instead of the more common PVC coating. PVC may allow for a thicker cover, but it can cause hardening and tearing after exposure to sun and rain. PU is more expensive, but it provides better air permeability, preventing water vapor and mildew buildup.

The cover features double-sided stitching, which prevents water seepage and tearing. Furthermore, the color fastness of our fabrics has been treated with special technology, allowing them to withstand fading for about the same time as Weber covers, ensuring the longevity of your grill cover.
